The Petalà model is the natural evolution of Archi: it retains its architectural structure, yet "ignites" it with the energy of the Andalusian tradition of showering thousands of flower petals from balconies or terraces as the statue of the Virgin passes by during the Holy Week procession. In this variant, the rigorous silhouette of round and ogival arches transforms into an ideal frame to welcome a shower of graphic signs evoking the petals of the Petalà. The background between the lines fills with vibrant dynamism; it is the perfect encounter between the static nature of stone and the lightness of a suspended moment, bringing the energy of a millenary celebration into the home.

PETALÀ is part of Panizza Studio's made-to-measure design rug programme, hand-tufted and produced for residences, hospitality, retail and contract spaces. Every rug starts from a design studio's own drawing and can be produced in the sizes, colours and finishes required by the project.
